Even if your main email hosting is set up correctly, website-generated email can still fail authentication. GuardianSend focuses on aligning SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for the SMTP routes we use to send mail from your WordPress site.
We update or extend your SPF record so that the SMTP providers we use for website email are explicitly authorized to send for your domain. We do this carefully to avoid breaking your existing mailbox provider’s SPF.
We ensure that website-generated email is signed with DKIM keys associated with your domain or a dedicated subdomain. This cryptographic proof reassures inbox providers that the message hasn’t been tampered with and legitimately belongs to your sending identity.
We configure DMARC policies that account for both your primary email host and the managed SMTP routes GuardianSend uses for website email. This provides you with reporting insight into where email is really coming from and allows us to move towards protection (quarantine/reject) safely.
